Hi, my name is Ohis Abdulrahman Yakubu and my friends call me by my nickname (Mo’Green). I was born and raised in Nigeria, but I currently live in Cape Town, South Africa.
初めまして！私はオヒス・アブドゥルラフマン・ヤクブで、友達からはニックネーム（Mo'Green）で呼ばれています。生まれも育ちもナイジェリアですが、現在は南アフリカのケープタウンに住んでいます。
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, a Diploma in Music Production/ Sound Engineering, and a TEFL qualification. I have many years of experience teaching English online to learners from across the globe, and most of my students have been from Japan.
私は、産業関係と人事管理の学士号、音楽制作と音響工学のディプロマ、そしてTEFLの資格を持っています。長年にわたり、世界中の生徒にオンラインで英語を教えてきた経験がありますが、ほとんどの生徒が日本の生徒です。
My teaching methodology is participative as well as interactive and involves creating a fun and friendly learning environment for my students, such that they become more confident with making grammatical errors and receiving corrections.

I have had a wonderful experience learning about Japanese culture while teaching young and adult learners from Japan, so taking this job would be a great opportunity to learn more of Japanese culture, while actively interacting with its people.

Nigeria is very rich in culture, as we have over 500 different local tribes who speak over 250 different traditional languages. I’m of the ancient Edo tribe and Eba and okra soup is one of our local dishes.

As I mentioned earlier, I’ve been living in Cape Town, South Africa since 2010 and hiking up the famous Table Mountain is one of my favorite activities in summer.
