自己紹介
Hi, I’m Abbie from America. My hobbies are hiking, sewing, and singing. I studied theater and public speaking at Oklahoma State University. After university, I moved to Los Angeles, California, where I worked various entertainment industry jobs, including sewing costumes at Universal Studios Hollywood. I obtained a TESOL/TEFL certification in 2018 and came to Japan on the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program in 2019. I worked in a Japanese high school in Iwaki, Fukushima for five years. I coached and mentored multiple first-place contestants in both the Fukushima Prefectural English Speech Contest, and Presentation Contest. I am currently living in Nagano City teaching at an English Conversation School (Eikaiwa). This school focuses on the Canadian English curriculum, and EIKEN, TOEFL, TOEIC proficiency test preparation. I teach students from babies to adults. I look forward to helping you reach your English goals!
