Hi, I'm Cass. Nice to meet you! I am a certified professional teacher and TEFL instructor with a degree in communications. In the past, I used to be a full-time ESL teacher for Japanese students and a classroom teacher for senior high school students at one of the top universities here in my country.

But right now, I'm working as a full-time sub-editor for an Australian media company and as a freelance English translator, subtitling specialist, and proofreader. You can say that the perfect description for my job and freelancing career is that I get paid to read the news and watch movies! Sounds fun, right? Learning the English language can open several doors of opportunity for you, just like it did for me.

Although I may seem to be a "workaholic," I've got even more hobbies than that! I like to watch anime or movies during my free time, or just play with our dogs. I also like doing home exercises, cooking, and, ironically, eating. If I'm in the mood, I play musical instruments like the guitar or ukulele, and sometimes I try to paint a picture.

I've got a lot of stories and tips on learning English to share with you! I hope to talk with you soon!
