Hi, my name is Philip and I have worked at call centers for more than nine years as an agent and as a trainer. I have trained customer service officers grammar, and correct and effective sentence construction for oral and written English communication. Watching Japanese anime, movies and reading manga are some of my favorite hobbies as I really find the Japanese culture fascinating and interesting.
