- My name is Valerie. I have experience teaching students from various cultures the English language. I believe with time as well as a lot of effort from you as the student, you will be able to learn the English language. All you need to do is believe in yourself that you can do it and the rest will take care of itself. The English language is a beautiful language to learn, and, be proud of, especially now that we have become a global village. I am not proficient in the Japanese language however, I am TEFL certified and I will be glad to teach you the English language, until it becomes second nature to you. I am currently living in Nairobi, where I have been absorbed into an area where there are various cultures, but yet beautiful ones too. As a whole I will be glad to be given this opportunity of being your Teacher, so welcome aboard and happy learning.
