あなたは部下にデスクを離れている時は自分のパソコンにロックをかけるよう指示しています。
lockは勿論鍵をかけるロックですが、その他に「身動きできなくさせるもの」の意味としてI was locked out of my aprtment.（自分のアパートで（自動ロックで）ロックアウトされた。）のような使い方もします。
