I haven't been officially diagnosed as having sesame allergy, but when I eat food that contains sesame, I feel itchy. I can't say it always occurs, but sometimes. Well, I have hay fever, and it causes having runny nose and teary eyes. Umm, I should check myself if I have sesame and any other allergies, otherwise I don't know what are proper meals.
