What is your motivation for working?
#good

In my opinion, work isn't just about making money, it's about challenge. How about you?

#or

I believe work is more than just 'bringing home the bacon'. It's the challenge of it that motivates me. What do you think?

You have a point. For me though, work is about our passion and having fulfillment in life.

Yeah, right. I work at a cram school basically as a teacher of English grammar. Maybe you don't know what a cram school really is. It's a kind of service business teaching some subjects to junior high school students. It's a challenging job n a lot of ways.

Yeah, of course. I work at a cram school, basically as an English grammar teacher. Maybe you don't really know what a cram school is? It's a kind of service business teaching certain subjects to junior high school students. Various aspects of the job can be quite challenging.

I'm sure it is, junior high school students can be a real pain sometimes. Do you find they often lose concentration during lessons? If that does happen, how do you keep them focused on the task at hand?

You are absolutely correct! We have some students who are hard to deal with. In the worst case I sometimes consult with their parents. Mm..., handling with students is sometimes far more difficult than teaching some subjects to them.

I see. It seems that you are acting like their advisory teacher. What are the things that you enjoy in teaching in a cram school?

The good thing about my job is that I feel I can stay young in spirit by being with young people. So I will keep on teaching as long as possible.

#or

What I like about my job is how the youthful spirit of all the students rubs off on me. I plan to continue teaching for as long as I can.
