I'm 30 years old. I worked at Ernst and Young ShinNihon LLC as a Certified Public Accountant for 6 years. My main role in EY is to supervise the audit team for one of the biggest logistic comapany in Japan. I daily manage 20 accountants, 6 IT specialists and 4 tax specialists to issue the audit report by each deadlines.

The reason why I became CPA was to invlove in corporate turnaround. I would like to be a tounaround manager in your company's consulting department. As you know, EY is a very stable company to be sure, but there is little oppotunity to involve corporate turnaround in EY. So I would like to join your company.

I will share with other consultants my hands-on accounting skills and knowledge developed through qualifying as a CPA and working at EY. For example, as audit manager for one of the biggest logistics company in Japan, with bases in 37 countries, I conducted audit through discussing accounting issues with the client and local accounting firms.

Actually, I have thought about going independent. But I would like to work with big clients and professionals which can make a difference in Japan economy. It would be difficult in my accounting firm. Making money is important but revitalizing Japan economy through corporate revival is more important. That's why I would like to join your company.
