We prepare "Osechi" for new years. Osechi deshes are put on box that we call Jyubako.
The deshes is good fortune mean and long-life deshes.
We are wearing Kimono in special day especialy new years day, Coming of Age Day and festival by children aged 7, 5 and 3.
