Speaking Part 1 Question 4

Talking of movies, there are many movie genres such as Action, Comedy, Documentary, Horror, Romance, Science fiction, and so forth. I like most of them, and I mostly prefer Comedy and Science Fiction. That is because Comedy makes me laugh even when I feel depressed by troubles of work or private matters, and SF gives me new perspectives of thinking and ideas that I can't figure out by myself. They are actually useful for me to enjoy or improve my life.

I like Tom Cruise, who has portrayed many tough guy characters. I am fond of a movie called Mission Impossible in which Tom played a role. The movie is known as a hard-action movie. Although some of the dangerous scenes were done using computer graphics, Tom chooses to act out the dangerous scenes. I like his diligence and strictness in his job.

I go to the cinema    around once a month. I actually used to go to the movies every week, however, now we can watch most movies at home online, which is more convenient and easier for me. Therefore, my visits to the theater have decreased recently.

It was last Monday. I went to watch a documentary movie in the cinema. As every Monday is the day when the price of movie tickets is discounted in    particular cinemas, I usually go to the cinema on Monday. The price is around half the normal price on the day.

I haven't thought of such a thing before. If I dare to say so, my answer is yes. However, the work of making a movie has many tasks and roles such as director, script, actor and actress, sound, light, CG, advertisement, and so on. It is a huge work. Therefore, I am not sure how I can do it. However, if my dream comes true, I want to play the lead role of a handsome and charming guy with many beautiful ladies who are crazy about me.
