How would you describe Japanese people?

Japanese people are exclusive, always saying bad things about others, and have a lot of interest in other people too much. I am often forced to answer rude and bizarre questions from them I don't know well about. I have some foreign friends. Some Japanese ask me. "Where did you meet each other?" "What are their titles or ranks?" " Do they eat natto or sushi?" "Aren't they smelly?" "Aren't they hairy?" Some of them ask me what it is like under underwear! I don't want to give answers seriously, so I give lukewarm answers.
