Thanks for listening to my presentation on ABC Project. Are there any questions?
#miss

Thank you for your informative presentation. I confident this project will give my company many profits.
To my clarification, I'd like to give you some question. First, could you please give me your comment if our budget is enough to complete the project by the end of fiscal year?
I'm concerned about if we have spent more money than we expected.

Well it's a good question and i would like to tell you that instead of "bottom-up budgeting," I have adopted "top-down budgeting" strategy in order to fight the fiscal stress.

OK, please explain clearly and simply. Go ahead.

Let me hear your explanation in detail please, when your ready.

Let me explain "bottom-up budgeting," first. In case of bottom-up budgeting the costs of lower level tasks is determined first, and then those estimates will constrain the estimates for costs of lower level tasks.

I see. "bottom-up budgeting" is comparatively difficult to manage total budget by product manager, right? How about "top-down budgeting"? Please go on with your story.

Well "top-down budgeting" is exactly the opposite of the other where the budgeting process begins with a flow of information from the very top of the organization down to the departmental or divisional levels of the organization.

I understand your effort. Would you tell me promptly, if we would be in the face of budget shortage risk. Next qusetion, Do we have any trouble to delay the schedule of the project?

The answer to your first question is "no, we won't be" and to the second is "yes, we will be in trouble if we delay our project".

OK, we shall proceed with the project as scheduled. Let's do our best.
By the way, if there are no additional comment from any other participants, why don't we close the meeting. Thank you.
