Are you also working with ABC company?

I'm working a teacher at a cram school. Maybe you don't know much about it. It's a private school for mainly junior high school students who study for the upcoming entrance exams.

Yes I have heard of cram schools. However I did not go to one. Do you enjoy teaching?

Of course I enjoy teaching, however, I sometimes still find it difficult to handle my students. In my opinion, teaching some subjects is much easier than handling students. But the good point about my job is that I can stay young in spirit by communicating with young people.

I agree with you, age is just a number and youthfulness is based on ones heart. You are right, it is easy to teach a subject, what is hard is to make the students be interested in the subject and learn what you are teaching.

That's right. Being patient is part of my job, but sometimes we must be strict to our students. That's the hard part of my job.

I understand your point. What kind of teacher are you? Are your students scared of you?
#good

I hope not. I think I'm easy to talk to. I used to get mad easily at some students who had bad attitudes, but now I don't.

Good thing that you were able to adapt yourself in your job. Children have very diverse personalities, some can be persuaded by strict attitude but some prefers a more caring and loving approach.

I couldn't agree more with you. I feel the same way every time I deal with students.

I totally agree with you and  I feel the same way every time I deal with students.
