受付で訪問相手を呼び出してもらおう

Calling the person with whom you have an appointment from the reception desk.
あなたは取引先の会社の受付で、約束の相手を呼び出してもらおうとしています。
受付で訪問相手を呼び出してもらう際には細心の注意を払いましょう。受付の担当者が訪問相手に対して円滑に取り次げるように、はっきりとした声で訪問予定の日時と目的、取り次いでもらいたい人の部署、名前を伝えましょう。そこから待合室などに通してもらうようなことがあった場合にも注意をしましょう。その場面は訪問相手は見ないとはいえ、あなたの歩く姿勢や服装の乱れはその会社（訪問先の組織）の人により見られています。自身が訪問先に居るという緊張感を忘れないようにしましょう。
