Guiding visitors to the conference room
あなたは受付にいる訪問者を会議室まで案内するところです。
訪問者の受付を済ませ、お客様を会議室に案内する際には細かな心配りが必要です。案内する時には必然的にあなたが訪問者の前を歩きますが、訪問者にはあなたの歩く姿がしっかりと見えています。服装や姿勢の乱れなどには注意をしましょう。エレベーターなどに同乗をする時にも注意をしましょう。訪問者はゲストです。エレベーターにも先に載せるようにして、その際にはエレベーターの扉を閉まらないように抑えると良いでしょう。エレベーター内では常に階を押すボタンのそばに立ちましょう。

2. It is not clear what you wanted to say here. Are you talking about the elevator coming down or how long it will take you to walk there and take the elevator?
