会社の受付とは企業の顔として、とても重要な役割があります。お客様にとってはじめに接する人物は受付の担当者である可能性もあり、その時の表情であったり、対応の良し悪しで会社の最初の印象に影響を与えることもあります。また、受付の担当者は企業の顔としての役割に加えて、お客様と担当者を繋ぐ役割があることも忘れてはいけません。たとえ受付係でなくても、訪問者に話しかけられたときに慌てないよう、応対の会話を学んでおきましょう。
