綿や羽毛などを詰めたふわふわなクッションは、椅子やソファーなどに置かれることが多いインテリアグッズです。ソファは衝撃を和らげてくれたり、椅子に座る際に座り心地を良くしてくれるのはもちろん、多くのカラーバリエーションがあるので部屋の装飾としても活躍をしてくれる存在です。クッションは「衝撃を和らげてくれる」という意味も持つため、クッションは「モノ」としてでなく日常会話でも「ワンクッション入れる」のような言葉として使用されたりもしています。

There are 8 cushions in the center of this picture. There are two fences on the side of the picture. There is a blue curtain behind the cushions, and there is a big window. I can see some tall buildings, and some green. I think that this picture was taken during summer, because if it's autumn or winter, the light would be colder and there would be no green, and if it's spring, the light should be more brighter.
