The bookshelf in this picture seems like a kind of classical one. It is brawn with wood patterns. I guess it was made about thirty years ago. It is made of wood, having several drawers and holes for its key. It also has small knobs made from plastic on each drawer so that we can open them easily.

I want to have a lovely bookshelf like the one in this picture and enjoy reading books. However, I don't like reading too much, so it is enough to have a small bookshelf where several books are on the shelves. I hate to have large ones because they occupy a lot of space and put pressure on us.

Sure. As you know, these drawers seem not to be for books. They might be for small items like stationery. The book on the table looks like a diary, and then the owner needs something to write with. That's why I think these drawers are for small items.
By the way, I guess this table also is a lid of the shelf. This desk looks like it could be folded, so if it were bent, it would function as a lid, and if extended to a flat surface, it would work as a desk.
