A brain is floating next to the girl. She is looking at somewhere and she open her mouth. The figures are also floating. She has doing hand sighs but I can't understand it. Maybe that means one because she show a index finger. She might want to show that she is the number one in the world. I don't know.

That is very difficult question but I guess it is impossible to float a brain and figures without psychic abilities. So, I suppose they use Photoshop and that means any place is fine because Photoshop can change everything. The purpose is unclear. I can't understand the purpose.
