Negotiating prices

Here is our latest proposal.

Thank you for your proposal.
Oh, I think it's too expensive compared with our budget.
Could you cut cost more cheap?
I would like you to decrease 30 percent.

Thank you for your proposal.
Oh, I think it's too expensive compared to our budget.
Could you give us a discount?
I would like you to decrease by 30 percent.

1. the expression is 'compared TO something'
2. it is more natural to ask 'Could you give us a discount?' to ask for a lower price
3. add 'by' as one can decrease something BY a certain amount
I'm not sure about cutting it by thirty percent. As you know, the pandemic has caused a lot of changes and production cost has increased. How many orders can you assure us every month?

I understand the pandemic affect many manufacturer industry.
But my company is same.
If you cut the price, we buy 100 sets every month.
How about this condition?

I understand the pandemic affects many manufacturing industries.
But my company is the same.
If you cut the price, we will buy 100 sets every month.
How about this condition?

1. use a verb+s after third-person singular subjects
2. such industries are called 'manufacturing industries'. Also, after 'many' use a plural noun
3. always add 'the' before 'same'
4. add 'will' to make a promise referring to the future. (if+present simple, will+infinitive=first conditional)
The best we can do is 15%, which is way more than any manufacturer is willing to part with at the moment. How is that?

Humm, It's a nice proposal.
Ok, how about is a delivery date?
Could you shorten it by half of usual?

Humm, It's a nice proposal.
Ok, how about the delivery date?
Could you shorten it by half the usual?

1. add 'the' as after 'how about' you need a noun. 'the' is needed to refer to that specific date
2. add 'the' as the expression is 'half THE usual'
I'm very glad we came up with a mutual understanding. We can now deliver between 5-7 working days. Is it okay with you? Won't it be too late?

Oh, it's too late.
I heard another manufacturer can delivery next day from ordered day.
Could you shorten 2-3 working days somehow?
If you can't it, we choose another firm but it's a bit expensive.

Oh, it's too late.
I heard another manufacturer can deliver the next day from the day the order was made.
Could you shorten 2-3 working days somehow?
If you can't, we will choose another firm but it's a bit expensive.

1. after 'can' you need an infinitive and 'delivery' is a noun
2. add 'the' to refer to that specific next day
3. add 'the' to refer to that specific day. It is more natural to call it 'the day the order was made'
4. erase 'it' as after modals you can only have infinitives or nothing
5. add 'will' to make a promise referring to the future
I will see what we can do, I think we can work with 3 days. We have been swamped with work lately, however, I will make sure your order is prioritized. How would you like to make a payment?

Oh, it's a good news.
My supervisor will be glad to hear that.
We would like to pay by cash a month later than delivered day.
Is it Ok?
Could you submit receipt?

Oh, it's good news.
My supervisor will be glad to hear that.
We would like to pay in cash a month later than the delivery day.
Is it Ok?
Could you submit a receipt?

1. erase 'a' as 'news' is uncountable
2. the expression is 'pay IN cash' or BY card
3. a day can't be delivered so call the day of delivery, 'delivery day'
4. add 'a' to refer to one receipt
