「まずはビール」と飲み会の席などで言われるほど、日本の飲酒文化においてビールは浸透しています。日本のブランドに加えて近年では海外から輸入されているものも多くあり、日本では多種多様なビールを飲むことができます。ニーズも多様なので、日本ではノンアルコールビールや発泡酒なども開発されています。日本のビールは海外でもとても人気で、東南アジアでも日本のブランドのビールを多く目にすることができます。とてもおいしいビールですが、もちろん、飲みすぎは要注意です。

1. You can specify which room it is. 'Room' is not an apartment.
2. Article is not needed here.
3. You should use 'that' as a conjunction here. Verb 'to be' is needed here.

I assume they are a married couple living together in this house.
