1. This is a better word to use in this context. Use 'take' when referring to common activities such as resting (take a rest), eating (eat a meal), etc but use 'have' in this context since there is an object which is 'facial massage.'

3. Use this preposition to indicate the one who acts.
4. Add an indefinite article as the noun is not specific.
5 and 7. Use the present simple tense form of the verb as you are describing what is happening in the picture.
