1. You should use present continuous tense for ongoing action, for something that is happening right now. 'Right now' is redundant.
Oh, hello Akane, it's a pleasure to talk to you again. I called you regarding the meeting that we are supposed to have this week, so I just wanted to know when is a good time for you?

Thank you for calling.
I want to hold the meeting on next Tuesday.

1. This was rephrased to sound a bit more natural. You want to arrange a meeting for that date.
2. This was rephrased to sound more natural. You are asking if it works for them. You can also say 'Does that work for you?'
Next Tuesday sounds great, would you like to come to my office around noon? When we finish, we can go to lunch, how about that?
