ビジネスにおいて、部下や上司とのコミュニケーションの円滑さはとても大切です。部下が上司に対して気を使うのはとても大切であり当然とも言えますが、上司からの部下への態度も良好な関係性の保持の為にはとても重要です。特に上司が部下に仕事を頼む時には、細心の注意を払ってあげるべきかもしれません。もし部下が作った資料が間違っているを指摘して改善を指示するならば、問題点と、改善すべき点を要点を絞って伝えてあげましょう。部下の資料において良かった箇所を褒めてあげても部下のモチベーションアップに繋がって良いかもしれません。ビジネスもいわば人と人の関係。指示をする際にも部下を気遣う事が必要かもしれません。

1. "who is" was unnecessary, so we removed it.
2. Hyphen was unnecessary, so we removed it.
3. You were missing a comma before the coordinating conjunction "and" in a compound sentence.
