RR: apply for the inception of the house to rent

Dear. Mr John,

Nice to meet you. I am Masafumi Suga. I came to Australia last month, and am working as a researcher at Monash Hospital.

I am looking for a house to rent now, and I saw your house on the website.
I am interested in your house.
Is it possible to see your house?

Best wishes,
Masafumi Suga

1 - Some writers insert commas anytime they would pause slightly in speech, even if the comma isn’t required by any rules of punctuation. Sometimes this is a good way to achieve a casual, speech-like effect in your writing, but the technique should be used sparingly. Using too many unnecessary commas can make your writing stilted and choppy
Masafumi

Thanks for your email.

Yes, I would be delighted to show you around. What time and date would be convenient for you?

Trevor John

Dear Trevor

Thank you for accepting me.
I'm available on any day, and the sooner, the better.
When is the earliest day you are available?

1 - "I am available any day and prefer to as soon as possible." is a good alternative here.
Dear Masafumi Suga,

Sure! I am more than glad to help you with your house-hunting. What about at 10 am on Monday? How does it sound to you?

Regards,

Let me make sure that means 11th November. Then, it is convenient for me. Is there something I have to bring? are there any specific criteria for renting the house?

1 - The first letter of the first word in a sentence is capitalized. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Dear Masafumi Suga,

Thank you so much for that clarification. Yes, we can meet on that date. We might need your preferences. Can you kindly enumerate them? Like the number of rooms, and the house style. I will patiently wait for your response.

Regards,

I saw your house on the Internet, so I know the house overview, such as house layout. I'm gonna live with my family, all four people. I hope the house include free water bill.

1,5 - An article is a short word like a or the that goes before a noun to make it clear what the noun refers to. You should use an article with a singular countable noun like person, house, apple, or book. Articles are sometimes (but not always) needed before plural nouns, proper nouns, or uncountable nouns.

2 - Slang is informal and often used in speech, which makes great for character dialogue. However, it should never be used in formal writing. For situations that fall between casual and formal, consider your audience when deciding whether to use slang. If there’s a chance your readers will think it’s inappropriate, leave it out.

3 - This is shorter and more natural to say.

4 - The subject of your sentence (the person or thing that is doing something) must agree with the verb (the thing that the subject is doing). A singular subject like student requires a singular verb like studies: the student studies. A plural subject (students) requires a plural verb (study): the students study.
Dear Masafumi Suga,

Thank you so much for the prompt response. We are very glad to know that you are interested in our houses. We have three houses posted on our website, can you please describe the one that you saw? May I ask how much your budget is, if you don't mind?

Regards,

I saw the one in eastern Melbourne and it's my aim this time. My budget is around 500 dollars a week. I can only pay 550 dollars at most.

1 - A compound sentence includes two independent clauses joined by a coordinating conjunction (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so). In a compound sentence, the conjunction is in most cases preceded by a comma.
However, if both independent clauses are very short, it’s acceptable to omit the comma.
