ホテルにメールを送ろうとしています。宿泊予定のホテルや、予約を検討しているホテルにメールで問い合わせることがありますよね。 不明点の質問や、事前リクエスト、ホテルのレストランの予約やオプショナルツアーへの申し込み等を練習してみましょう。
以下の構成を参考にメールを書いてみましょう。 1. Subject line(件名) 2. Formal greeting(挨拶) 3. Body copy(本文) 4. Closing phrase(結び) 5. Signature(名前)
