How can we attract more customers?

It's really important and difficult matter. Now we are the third biggest company in our industry. However the gap of total profit of this three years between theirs and ours doesn't change. We need to make new strategy to take customers away form them and to attract new customers. In my opinion, we shouldn't come into the price competition, because I think we never win with that strategy due to our position. We have to give a new added value to our products and build stricter our brand equity. What do you think about my opinion?

1. "a" is needed.
2. Use "these" with plural nouns (years).
3. You need to say it "hasn't changed" as you are talking about the past until now.
4. "a" is needed.
5. Corrected spelling.
6. This is more suitable word choice.
7. You need to add "will" as you are talking about the future.
8. "stricter" doesn't sound natural.
You have a point. It's not always about the price. So, what do you have in mind so that we can add value to our existing products?

For our existing products, we can improve the way of how to promote, how to explain the products, and how to give customers more satisfactory after-sales services. As you know, I'm Japanese, and I think our strategy don't fit to our country. For example, Japanese tend to think services should be included in the price, but our company doesn't think that way. We are global company and our sales strategy is unified. But our customers are different and our staff are different. So I think we should transform the strategy flexibly according to which country our target is.

3. "in" isn't needed.
4. You should say "the Japanese" or "Japanese people".
5. "a" is needed.
Okay. Do you think we should do a trial first? Let's see if the services will work without sacrificing the prices of the products. What do you think?

Yes, I think we should have a trial. In Japan, people might value the services more than the prices, but the other country might value the prices more than the services. By having a trial, we can know what is important, and what customers want for our products. It may be needed to have a cross-section meeting with planning department, the customer service department, and development department.

Sounds like a good plan. Please set that meeting with those departments. I also think we need to highlight a specific service which we are good at. Can you think of one?

That's a good idea. I think our design is so unique and user-friendly that other competing companies won't imitate. I believe that if users use our products once, they won't never buy other products. Thus, how about holding a kind of event that visiter can use them freely? Additionally, if we ask visiters to fill out questionnaires, we can get more information about what customers want for our products.

1. You need to add "it" to refer to your design.
2. You need to say "ever" here, "will not never" is a double negative.
3. You should use "where" here. Corrected spelling of visitors.
I think that is a brilliant idea, I really commend you for that. The event and questionnaires will be very helpful. We would have to plan for that.

Great! A promotion event of our products will be held two month later. I'll talk about this plan to the project team.
