In order to overcome such difficulties, we need to learn how to consult them. I mean that it wouldn't be enough to audit accounts. We should offer more valuable information related to accounting as a business strategy to our clients so that they could try to earn more profit by using the technical knowledge under a special situation like merger and acquisition.
