What plans have you made for the future?

I am a manager of an administration office of my company's small brunch. Though the office is small, I manage many fields of administration. Then, mainly, I want to improve my risk management skill among them. Other colleagues don't have this skill, so it's a high-quality skill that is really valuable in my company. This is why I'm going to improve it.

1. You misspelled this word here.
Thank you for sharing. That sounds like a promising task. How long have you been working as a manager in that department? Can you share some ways how to improve the employees' risk management skills?

My career as a manager is just a half year. There are a lot of things to learn as a manager.
I took some coaching classes as the training by my company's program. It was very helpful for me to teach risk management from the point of view of logic. So, by integrating it with my experience, I can critically convey the meaning to employees. I will explain that to them with some examples, mainly focusing on our work.
