Good afternoon Sir... Actually nothing has been good. Can you please help me, I've lost my passport! Sorry I'm obviously panicking. I've had two shots of vodka at the bar, then another two at the nightclub down the road. After the security guys have chucked us out at 3am my friend and I bought a bottle of vodka at the marketplace, we had it in the park. I think both of us fell asleep on the bench. When we woke up, the sun was up, it was about 11.30. My friend has his one, only my passport has gone missing.

Well, we actually had a massive fight with another group of men at the park just after we had half the bottle of it. They ran away as a police car has passed. Then we had the rest of the liquid and literally passed out. When I woke up, I searched for my passport everywhere on the ground. I couldn't find that in the end. Now I'm suspecting the girl in yellow dress I've met at the nightclub. The thing is, I am travelling to Novosibirsk on Friday night and I really need my document. What a day.

Have you notified your embassy about this issue? Please fill in this form. In the meantime, we will start the procedure of getting you a duplicate passport. What do you think? What is the name of the park where you had a fight?
Thank you sir. That's a massive help. I truly appreciate. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't even know where my embassy is. I didn't research anything. Can you please find the way for me? I don't know the name of the park either. The one beyond the marketplace. A part of old steam train is sitting in the middle of the space. Elderly people's activity centre is next to it. I hope you don't contact my family back home sir. If possible I don't want them to know that I'm in a trouble...

2. Add the pronoun to represent what you are referring to
3,4. Add a definite article as a determiner for a specified noun
5. Add a comma after an introductory clause
6. You are referring to a collective noun so there is no need for an indefinite article
Where are you visiting from? I will give your embassy a call as we follow up on your lost passport. What is your name and the purpose of your trip?
Thank you so much. My name is Vladimir Ivanovich Ivanov. I'm originally from Altai and now live in Novosibirsk as I help my father's business. I came here for my cousin's Christening and school reunion for my BTEC mates. I've also been to the charity organisation as I accompanied my cousin. He wanted to know about his great-grandfather as he immigrated to this country after the war. I've been here since 8 September. Am I able to cross the borders without the original passport? Thank you for the arrangement! Do you often have to deal with unlucky people like me?

We always deal with such cases. However, this is quite complicated. You mentioned a girl in a yellow dress. Would you give me a more precise description? What was it about her that left you suspicious?
Well, the girl called herself Milana. She was quite pretty, exotic, had long wavy hair and big black eyes. She wore heavy golden bracelet. About 5'4. I bought her a drink or two, then we danced. She was very close to me. Then she said she was going to the bathroom and didn't come back. My friend and I were nice and merry by then, I didn't even think about the passport in my pocket! So you're used to the cases like mine...It must be annoying for you but I'm happy to know that it's not only me losing passports!
