It means that people should ask someone immediately with not to be shy if they face difficulties. People mostly feel embarrassed to ask questions someone at first. my experience, when I started part time job in a student, I was afraid of asking questions senior co-workers because they were so busy, but I decided to do them due to growing myself. After that, she advised me with kindness, which can help me to grow.
