I have had stiff shoulders since I was around 30 years old due to the office work. In addition, when I changed tires of my car about a year ago, my back really hurt, so I went back to my room and lay down, and I couldn't move all day long that time. Since then, I have had a chronic backache.

That's terrible! Well I suggest visiting a chiropractor to solve the back and neck pain, and you should do some exercise to strengthen your muscles to protect your bones from future accidents.

I understand. I'll go and see a chiropractor soon. Maybe my back bone is unnaturally curved and a chiropractor may be able to correct it. I will also do sit-ups to strengthen my abdominal muscles every day. I wish they would cure my backache. Thank you for your advice.
