What does the future look like for your company?

I work for an oil company in Tokyo. Nowadays, "de-carbonization" trend has so rapidly spread around the world. Many countries declared that they want to be "carbon neutral" by 2050 or so, and oil and gas are regarded as evil for the environment. We are obliged to think the future of our company will be dark.

Oh, thank you so much for sharing it with me. What do you think can be done in your company to make the company right?

Honestly, I have just joined the company three months ago. I'm not sure about its established date, but I think it's no longer than five years. We have an IT product to sell and we use the product to operate our own business as well. Then we will have huge data to revise the IT Application. On the other hand, it seems we don't communicate with each other in person due to the pandemic.
