How's this video?

As you see in this video, the teacher teaches us, "To properly pronounce the word 'actually,' you'll say 'actual' pause 'big smile' and then only move your tongue 'ly'." Why we bother to have a "big smile" just to pronounce "ly"? This comment reminds me of the movie "Dark Knights" which is one of the Batman movie series. Have you ever watched it?

I have watched "The Dark Knight Rises" before and thought it was really good. But why does this video remind you of that movie?

Oh, you have watched "The Dark Knight Rises"! Good! I'm not quite sure, but it seems to be the sequel to "The Dark Knight." In the film "The Dark Knight," the Joker's father killed his wife before the Joker's face, that is the Joker's mother. Immediately after that, the father said to him, "Why so serious?" and stuck a knife in his mouth. "Let's put a smile on that face." That's why the Joker has a big smile. I mean big scars. Did you know this story?

Yes, I do! I've seen it a couple of times. Did you watch this movie in English or in Japanese? What other English films have you seen?

I listened to all the dialogues in English, but without the Japanese subtitle, I could have been hardly understandable. By the way, do you really have to make a funny face like the Joker every time you pronounce "ly"? If that was the case, conversations in English would be more of a torture than a pleasure. Don't you think so?
