This company's welfare benefits are as follows:
First, married-people-are paid-a marital allowance-equal to-their salary. Even-if you are divorced-or-widowed, you-will-still-recieve-maternity-or-paternity-leave if-you-had-been-married-at-once.

7. You mean "without" or "with no" children.

6. The term "birth gifts" is not a good word choice. You can just say "gift" in this case.
