1. The pattern is "look forward to + (noun, which is a gerund here)".
2. This is a restrictive clause, which means the clause is necessary to express what you mean in the sentence so use "that" instead of "which".
3. There is no need to add a preposition for adverbs of time with "last," "this," "these," "next," and the like.
