Could you explain the factory's hygiene control?

We have a cosmetic products factory on our own. There are some standards which we have to meet to keep our own factory cleanly, safety, and doing properly production.
We have got ISO standard, particularly for cosmetic products production. It is the ISO 22716 which gives us the guidelines for production. We have to control the factory's hygiene according to this standard. Therefore, we have to change our clothes, put particular hat, and wear a mask when we enter the factry. It is adapted for Whoever going to enter our factory.

1. I have given the correct word to imply "your own factory"
for e.g.
"We managed everything on our own"
"I don't need your car. We have one of our own"
2. I have replaced the adverbs , nouns by adjectives to describe how the factory should be
for e.g.
"Please keep this place clean"
"This is a safe place to hide"
3. To refer to the production "of" the cosmetic products, use the apostrophe
for e.g.
"We have to address the clients' complaints"
4. I have corrected the spelling
5. I have added a word to complete the sentence
for eg
"I need to know the names of everyone who is attending"
"I need to know the names of everyone who attending"----------------incorrect
I understand the protocol procedures you need to follow when entering this kind of facility. Why do you think factories need to follow these guidelines and acquire certification.

I think these guidelines are needed to share the recognitions for quality control for many manufacturers. It result in the consumer's safety. We have high responsibilities to keep consumer's health as a manufacturer.
In addition to that, these guidelines and certifications are become a clear sign of those manufacturers. Because we able to know the level of those manufactures clearly by knowing that which certifications they have.
We made an effort to got the certification so it stands for our ability to control the product's qualities and how our factory is clean.

1. As per the subject verb agreement, when a verb is used with singular nouns, it takes an "s" in the end. This does not happen with plural nouns
for e.g.
"She teaches here"
"They teach here"
As you have used the word "it" (singular), use the word "results" (ending with "s")
2. and 3. When the noun is plural (when you want to indicate something belonging to a plural noun), use the apostrophe after "S"
for e.g.
"This is my teacher's favorite song" (favorite song of one teacher)
"This is my teachers' favorite song" (favorite song of many teachers)
4. It is incorrect to use "are" here
You can also say
"these guidelines and certifications have become a clear sign of those manufacturers.........."
5. It is not a great idea to start a sentence with "because" unless there is a second clause to it
for e.g.
"She was upset because you never called"
"She was upset. This is because you never called"
"Because you never called, she was upset" (2nd clause)
I have added the words "this is" to start a new sentence
6. I have added a word to complete the sentence
for e.g.
"They are able to hear us"
"They able to hear us"---------------incorrect
7. As you have used the word "made" (past tense) and have used "to", use the word "get" (present tense)
You could have said
"We made an effort and got the certification so it stands for..................."
for e.g.
"She made an excuse to go out"
"She made an excuse and went out"
"She made an excuse to went out"--------incorrect
Good personal hygiene policies and practices are the foundation for successful safety and quality assurance in all manufacturing facilities. Does it guarantee that all factories having certification strictly follow these requirements? What happens when they are at fault?

We need to follow these requirements strictly to get the certificate. If we have a fault in our actions and it result in that we don't meet the standards of the certificate, our certificate will be deprived. If the worst comes to the worst, we will get a direction from the government to stop running our factory and have to pay compensation for our clients which they order us to production of their products at our factory.

If we have a fault in our actions and it results in that we don't meet the standards of the certificate, our certificate will be taken away. If the worst comes to the worst, we will get a direction from the government to stop running our factory and have to pay compensation for our clients who order us to produce their products at our factory.

1. As per the subject verb agreement explained in #4, you should use the word "results" (ending with "s") with the singular noun "it"
for e.g.
"It looks nice"
"These look nice"
2. I have given a better way of saying this
You can also say
"we will be deprived of our certificate"
3. I am not sure I understand your sentence. This is what I feel you wanted to say though.
I understand. Following these requirements will be easy. We should do everything that we can so that we can get the certificate.

Yes. Furthermore, it is deficult to
instruct all employees to follow these rules but we have to do it to keep our factorie's hygiene and high product qualities. For that reason, we educate our employees on a regular basis, and we display our rules clearly to notice them in a easy way.

1. I have corrected the spelling
2. I have given the correct way of saying this
for e.g.
"One factory's problem"
"Many factories' problem"
3. I have given another way of saying this
You can also say
"and we display our rules clearly so that they get noticed in an easy way"
"and we display our rules clearly to make them easily noticeable"
4. As the word "easy" starts with "e" which is a vowel, use the indefinite article "an"
for e.g.
"That is an empty envelope"
Use "an" with a, e, i, o and u
I see! That is a very good way to keep everybody well-informed about what needs to be done as part of the standard operating procedures, right?

Yes, that's right. All employee's efforts lead to high product's qualities and high performance.
Sometimes we get directions from our clients when they come to our factory as an inspection. We immediately adopt their directions to satisfy client's needs.

1.and 3. As explained in #4, as you are talking of the efforts and the needs of many employees and clients respectively, use the apostrophe at the end of the word (after "S")
for e.g.
"My parents' house" (both mother and father)
"My husband's house"
2. I have given a better way of saying this
You can also say
