SVO(主語+動詞+目的語)文型を使って講師と会話してみましょう。
SVO文型は主語+動詞+目的語の組み合わせでできます。 目的語Oは、「~を」と訳される場合が多く、文字通り動詞の目的(ターゲット)になり、動作の影響を受けるものです。 少し難しい例として I know how to use the computer. 私はパソコンの使い方を知っています。 ここでは、S(I)+V(know)+O(how to use the computer)となり、「~を」と訳せる部分が目的語と判断できます。 She met my father. 彼女は私の父と会いました。 S(She)+V(met)+O(my father) は「~を」と訳さないけれど、「会う」の目的となる相手が「私の父」となるため、目的語と判断できます。 他には、She kicked the ball. 彼女はボールを蹴りました。 英文はS(She)+V(kicked)+O(the ball)であるのに対し、 日本語訳ではS(彼女は)+O(ボールを)+V(蹴りました)と順序が異なります。 ここでは、「蹴る」のターゲットが「ボール」となります。 SVOは日本語ではSOVの順序で使われるので、少し混乱しやすいです。 【回答例】 I don't know how to deal with this problem. この問題はどう対処すればいいか分からないよ He saw her dating with another man. 彼は彼女が他の男とデートしているのを見た

1. Use past tense to refer to your possessing pets in the past
2. Use this determiner to show that you have been having a large number of pets.
3. This is the appropriate preposition.

1. Add this preposition to show the direction of the action of speaking from the foreigner to you.
The first example is the correct one. Another example could be ''I bought a gift for my girlfriend''. In this sentence, ''a gift'' is the direct object and ''my girlfriend'' is the indirect object. Do you understand the pattern? If you do, you can try writing some more examples.

2. Use the adjective to describe the manner of teaching.
3. When excited about something, we say we can't wait "for" it.
