Yes/No疑問文を使ってみよう

Yes/No Interrogative Sentences.
Yes/No疑問文で始めて講師と会話してみましょう。
疑問文とは相手に尋ねるということ。 相手が「あ、今自分に聞いているんだな」としっかり伝えられることが一番です。 疑問文、否定文で登場する助動詞のdoですが、「する?」「しないよ」というニュアンスが込められています。 なんとなく付けるわけではなく、きちんと意味があるということを覚えておきましょう。 【回答例】 Do you speak English? 英語を話しますか?

Will they go to the sea tomorrow? They will not go to the sea if it is rainy tomorrow. Do you think that English is important? I think that English is important. You like cherry blossoms, don't you? Yes, I like them because I think that cherry blossoms are beautiful.

1) Use an object here. You can use "them" to refer to the blossoms. 2) The blossoms (plural) "are" beautiful.
Those are good examples. It's good that your sentences are complete and follows through. Can you think of more examples?

Thank you. For example,
Have you given a christmas gift to grand mother last year?
Yes I have. I gave to a electric blanket.
She glad it, doesn't she?
I think, looks it.
Will you going to go to your health check this year?
Yes I will. I have reserved next weekend.

自然な表現

Thank you. For example:Did you give a Christmas gift to grandmother last year? Yes I did. I gave her an electric blanket. She was happy, wasn't she? It seems so. Will you go to your health check this year? Yes I will. I have reserved next weekend.

1) Because you specify "last year" use the simple past. 2) Capitalize Christmas as it is a proper noun. 3) This matches "Did you give...". 4) We give someone something. Use "an" here as "electric" starts with a vowel sound. 5) You could say "she was glad" or "she was happy". 6) "Wasn't" should be used since the verb here was "was". 7) This is more natural phrasing. 8) Use the simple future (Will you go) or you could also use "Will you be going to..".
Very good. It looks like you got the grasp of the lesson. Why don't you ask me some questions I can answer in a yes/no form?

I'm sorry. Can I ask you something?
It will be plan Tokyo marathon, this weekend, but I'm not join.
Because, I can not do the running with long time.
Do you like marathon or any sports?

Today, I had lunch and dinner, same menu.
Both and them, I had a fried chicken.
Had you never ate the same lunch and dinner?

自然な表現

I'm sorry. Can I ask you something? The Tokyo marathon is this weekend, but I won't be running in it. I can not run long distances. Do you like marathons or any sports? Today, I had lunch and dinner, friend chicken for both. Have you ever eaten the same thing for lunch and dinner?

1) This is more natural phrasing. 2) Use the plural. 3) This phrasing is more natural and clear. 4) Use the present perfect here. 5) This makes the sentence flow better.
Very good. From your examples I can see that you fully understand how these sentences are formed and what they are used for. To answer your question, I'm not playing sports nor do I watch it but my family loves it. And honestly, having the same lunch and dinner is nothing rare for me. If you want you can give me some more examples.

Thank you.

Thank you.
I was join welcome party yesterday evening.
I could speak to with new member very fun.
Do you join new member your office recently?

自然な表現

Thank you. Thank you. I went to a welcome party yesterday evening. I had a fun time speaking with new employeesAre there any new hires at your office?

1) We usually use "go to" with a party, rather than "join". In the past tense, you can say "I went to a party". 2, 3) This is alternative and more natural phrasing.
Very good. Here are a few more examples: Did you visit him? Can I open the window? Do you speak Italian? Will you go there with me? Have you ever been to Thailand? Can you wash the dishes? Do you like chocolate?

Wasn't it cold today? Yes, it was. So, I cycled from here to Tokyo station. Where did you go? I was talking with foreign staff last week. She said, I haven't received an email from the Vietnam analyst. I looked into it. However, she got an e-mail while I was looking. Can you check your mail box? Will you return an email to the Vietnam analyst? Have you ever received an email from the Vietnam analyst?

1) This is more natural phrasing. 2) You cycled? Or you were going to cycle (but didn't)? 3) You don't need "out" here. 4) You were talking (past continuous) with. 5) "Stuff" refers to things. "Staff" refers to employees. 6) The present perfect works well here. 7) Use "the" here. (Also, if it is the analyst for Vietnam, use "the Vietnam analyst". If the analyst is from Vietnam, use "the Vietnamese analyst". 8, 9) This is more natural phrasing. 10, 11, 12, 13) Article needed.
