2. "Contribute" doesn't fit this context. You can use either "benefit" or "help" in this case.
3. The reference for "those people" is not too clear. It is better to remove "those" to generalize the statement instead.
4. "Company" is the right word to use here because they only started to enter the same business. In essence, they were not yet your competitors at that point in time. If you want to use "competitor," you can remove the time factor and say it this way: "Our competitors deprive our customers..."
5. The technical meaning of "business area" doesn't fit this context. It refers to areas of operation within an organization. What you are referring to here is "line of business" or simply "business".
6. Use plurals when generalizing.

4. "Sales figures" need a determiner. Whose are these?
5. You mentioned a new "service," not "services". Thus, it is not clear what subscription services you are referring to here. I think you are referring to them in general. Don't use "the" when generalizing.
6. I think you mean "prospective sales" instead of "sales perspective". These are very different terms. The first one fits this context. The second one doesn't.
