Do you have any points you want to mention in the annual report?

Yes. This report suggests the company’s situations of finance and projects.
One thing that I mention is their financial situation, which seems to be not good. The earnings decrease 20% compared to that of last annual. I suspect that the factor of this decreasing is a new project that they started this annual. This project isn’t doing well even if I take its initial cost into consideration. What do you think?

1. 3. Use past simple for something that already happened and finished in the past.
2. You can just use the negative form of the main verb to express the same meaning more naturally.
4. Annual is an adjective meaning that something happens every year; yearly. When referring to the actual period of time, use the noun year.
5. This is the correct noun form, it's the same as the verb with a tiny change in pronunciation.
I completely agree with you, this decrease, in my opinion, has put the company's going concern status in doubt. In what way do you think this project has affected this year's earnings?

I think the earnings will damaged because of this project. If this situation wouldn’t be improved, they have to reconsider the way to address it. Maybe they wouldn’t have no choice but to withdraw from this new market. Anyway, I think it depends on the result of a next annual.

1. When forming a predicate with an adjective, don't forget the verb to be.
2. 3. When using the first conditional use "if + present simple..., will + infinitive" or the other way around.
4. Use future simple for actions that are supposed to happen (or not happen) in the future.
5. In English, when forming negative sentences, we either negate the verb or use no in front of the following noun, but never both. So, you can use "they will have no choice" or "they won't have any choice"..
6. Use "the" with specific things, or when you are referring to something that's already been mentioned or is known by the listener.
Well, considering the amount of investment that they put into this project, do you think it's advisable for them to withdraw?

I know that’s a courageous decision. But in the first place, this market they entered has already been a saturated market so, it’s possible. I still don’t think this attempt is fruitless for them.

1. You can use "believe" when expressing you opinion. It is similar to "I think.." but a little stronger.
Yeah! This market is saturated and they need to be very innovative. What business advice would you give to them so that they can turn around their fortunes?

Well, I would advice them to try to change the project radically, utilizing their strong points, or link their projects which are doing well so far. What do you think?

1. Advise = verb. Advice = noun.
I think that's a good idea too. I'm also of the opinion that the costs involved with this project were too high. What do you think?

I agree. I think they can cut the cost more. And also it might be possible to reconsider the way to monetize.
