We had adopted the method based on an objective performance evaluation and a performance rating which evaluates attitudes, but from this term, we add a new measurement to the performance rating, which is a team contribution. Therefore, the bonus relies on how you contributed to your team. I hope this change will be good incentive and motivation to our employees who are always requested to work with teammates.
