Could you please tell me how to use a spreadsheet to make financial analysis documents?

Okay, what kind of figure do you want to analyze this time? Do you want to calculate ratios, or compare absolute figures?

1. to imply all kinds of figures.
I would definitely like to compare absolute figures this time. I am interested in absolute values the most.

Alright, I recommend to make a chart format and a bar graph so people can understand the figures visually. That will help you make your materials concise. Do you know how to make a bar graph?

1. added in for more emphasis and to hint a comparison [ with or without the graph ].
I am not quite sure. I think I know how to do it, but I would definitely like you to give me some advice.

Sure, the most important part is to prepare your chart format before starting to make the bar graph. For example, if you want to compare few companies' figure during the last three years, you plot the year in a horizontal axis, and the company names in a vertical axis. Then you drag your mouse and select all the cells of the chart. Click the bar chart icon on the ribbon of the top of the window and you will get your chart. Don't forget to add the unit and title of the axis.
