Well, now we buy them in the supermarket, so we don't have to ferment , just add the attached source and put on rice. But if you want to make it by yourself, boil soy beans, Natto bacteria, pheement for twenty four hours , keep it 30 deglee Celsius.

I will surely like it since I know how beneficial it is to our health. The bacteria used is good for digestion, which helps in detoxifying our body. The price is also very affordable.

Actually people who were born in the southern part of Japan tend to dislike Natto. Its birthplace is in Mito, the eastern part of Japan. There are variety of Natto in Kanto era, but the less variety of them in Kansai area.
