This plate looks interesting. Can you tell me more about each one? Are they all raw? Do you eat them as they are or do you dip them in a sauce?

Yes, they are all raw fish, and we usually dip them in soy sauce. Also, salmon, which is the second sushi from the back, is very popular among young people. Have you ever eaten sushi? I wonder if foreign people like to eat raw fish.

1. Your sentences are very good. Here is an alternative expression, "prominent".
I absolutely love sushi! Salmon is one of my favorite fish to eat. I like salmon cakes, candied salmon, and grilled salmon. It has the highest protein content of any fish. Sushi is very popular in every nation outside of Japan. The combination of flavors is so incredible. Which other kinds are well liked?

Needless to say, tuna is the most popular! To be honest, I didn't like sushi before, because I couldn't eat raw fish, but when I have eaten sushi at a seaside sushi restaurant 10 years ago, I was surprised at how tasty it is! Since then, I love sushi, but I still don't like shiny fish.

1. Use the simple past form. The past participle refers to an action that was started and completed entirely in the past.
2. Use the past form and there is no need to use an exclamation mark.
I absolutely love otoro. It tastes fantastic. Tuna is an amazing fish also. I love how it has many different textures, fatty, tough, and lean. I've heard of pollock, cod, sablefish, tilapia, flounder, and halibut. What species of shiny fish don't you like?

Wow, you know well about sushi! I love otoro too, it is really tasty when I eat it, it melty in my mouth, isn't it? We called Hikarimono which has shiny skin as like mackerel. I don't feel like eating when I see its looks, but I like grilled one. I haven't eaten it because of my silly prejudice against shiny fish, but I wonder if I try to eat hikarimono next time!
