最高級ホテルでも時々、不満を聞くものです。2つのよくある不満は次のようなものです。ー1.無料インターネットサービスがない 2.ホテルのスタッフによる手の抜いた扱いーホテルのリサーチでは驚くことに元々不満がなかった顧客よりも不満が解決された顧客から顧客満足は得られているようです。条件が許すなら不満は伝えた方が良いです。ただし、平穏に、効果的にです。
