1. this is an alternative expression; please note that "merchandise", a word that you used in your previous paragraph, means "goods" and refers to more than one item, so if you only ordered one product, "merchandise" is not the correct term to use 2. we normally ask someone to to something immediately or right away; "hastily" has a negative connotation, for example "maybe I acted too hastily"
