Hello. What can I do for you?

Hello, this is Taro Toda from JFM.
May I speak to Mr. Darth Vader in the Marketing Department?

自然な表現

Hello, this is Taro Toda from JFM. Can I talk to Mr. Darth Vader of the Marketing Department?

1. This is another expression you can use in similar situations.
Mr. Vader is in a meeting right now and it will finish after about two hours or so. Can you tell me what are you calling about, maybe I can help you?

Thank you.
I'm calling about your new product and television advertising.
Could you tell him to call me after the meeting?

自然な表現

Thank you.
I'm calling about your new product and television advertising.
Could you please ask him to call me back after his meeting?

1. Again, this is an alternative expression. Great sentences!
Oh yes, he actually informed me about that and he said it would be best if we set an appointment for you for a company visit. What do you think?

Sounds good. Yes, please.
I would like to make an appointment with him.
When is it possible?
I think that I adjust my schedule as much as possible.

自然な表現

Sounds good. Yes, please. I would like to make an appointment with him. When is it possible?
I am willing to adjust my schedule as much as possible.

1. Use the future tense "will adjust" for something that is possible to happen in the future. Also, I have given a more natural expression you can use.
As far as I know about his schedule, he will be available the whole day on Friday. What about on Friday afternoon? Would that be fine with you?

Thank you very much.
That's fine, I can schedule on Friday afternoon.
Could you, please, make you an appoint with him this schedule?

自然な表現

Thank you very much.
That's fine. I am available on Friday afternoon.
Could you, please, set the appointment with him on Friday?

1. This the correct and simplest way of expressing this idea.
2. 'appoint' is a verb, you could actually say, make an appointment (noun)' or just use the sentence above.
Okay, I will tell him that the appointment is set on Friday afternoon. I will just ask him to call you after the meeting for the confirmation.

Thank you for your help.
I am waiting for a call from him.
See you Friday afternoon.

自然な表現

Thank you for your help.
I will wait for his call.
See you on Friday afternoon.

1. Use the future tense since this isn't happening yet, but will start happening after the call.
2. Use (on) to specify days and dates.
