Hello,
my name is Ivan, I'm 39 years old with many years of experience in teaching and translating: for several years I was a teacher at a private international school in Belgrade/Serbia where I've worked in multicultural and multi-ethnic environment with great intern educational system - most of my classes were based on teaching various forms of art and language, and I was very well accepted especially by children - with whom I had great communication - as well as their parents and my colleagues. It was a great experience.
Furthermore, most jobs I did included constant communication in English.
Also, for years I was translating variety of texts: started with technical manuals for imported products for several international companies, and later I've translated philosophical studies, art studies as well as art history lectures - that is something that I do since high school, because art and philosophy are my main interests: I've performed several solo painting exhibitions and took part in numerous philosophical debates.
Regarding English language, I've studied it through both lower and high school as well as through college, but - more importantly - I've studied it with private tutors since I was 5; latest evaluation of my English took place 3 months ago at the Berlitz International School [needed for a job interview at a US IT corporation], where I've scored maximum points for all highest level tests: grammar, conversation & communication.
